Boom Blox: Bash Party dated
Later this month.
EA has announced that Boom Blox: Bash Party will be released in North America on 19th May and in Europe on 29th May.
As with last year's 9/10-scoring original, Bash Party is a collection of physics-based Wii family mini-games that focus on making stuff fall over or trying to stop it falling over.
Bash Party offers much more of the same, and less of the bits you didn't like (the shooty parts, for instance), introducing a slingshot for taking out blocks in certain modes and integrating the level editor more closely.
Having discovered the internet, the developers also plan to let you download and upload new levels much more easily, without having to chug around other menus.
You can read more about that, and our hands-on impressions of the game, in our most recent Boom Blox: Bash Party hands-on preview. Look out for a review soon.
