Bionic Commando Rearmed in July
Pricing for PC, 360 and PS3 inside.
Capcom's remake of NES game Bionic Commando, subtitled Rearmed, will hopefully be released on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network and PC in July.
That's the tentative timing according to producer Ben Judd, who said as much to us at Capcom's Captivate 08 event in Las Vegas last week.
Capcom's press pack also confirmed the pricing: 800 Microsoft Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60) on Xbox Live Arcade, USD 9.99 on PSN and USD 14.99 on PC.
Bionic Commando Rearmed re-imagines the 1988 NES game in silky new graphics, retaining most of its level design but introducing more than 50 challenge rooms.
Players still navigate the world in 2D, using the bionic arm grapple hook device to swing around levels and take out enemies with projectile weapons.
It also has a two-player co-op mode and multiplayer, with deathmatch, last man standing and "Don't Touch The Floor" modes.
On show in Vegas, Rearmed looked in great shape, drawing plenty of attention from the dozens of journalists flown in from around the world to check out the company's line-up for 2008 and beyond.
Its big brother, Bionic Commando, is also due out on 360, PS3 and PC in 3D and looked fantastic. Check out our in-depth hands-on report for more on its progress and the new sections, multiplayer included, shown off at Captivate 08.

Obviously if you convert the UK pricing into dollars it comes out more like $15, but that's not a fair comparison. Out of interest, do we have UK/EU pricing for the game on PSN?
