I can't believe this, and the gimped BF1943, is what became of one of the best pc games I ever played. Such a shame.

no ammo or health to worry about are just two of the horrendous things I've read.

Just a simple port of 42 with updated graphics would have been brilliant.

:(

CTF mode was brilliant as well, changed the whole dynamic of the game. I'm guessing this is just straight conquest mode?

How is it gimped?

Only 3 classes, only 3 maps, regenerating health, infinite ammo.

The fact that's it's an XBLA/PSN game doesn't bode well either.

Is it elitist to want a sequel to a game you loved? That makes no sense.

Just to make it clear, there's nothing wrong with DICE doing a game like Battlefield Heroes, I'm just personally disappointed that they seem to be doing this instead of a sequel to BF3.

I'm sure lots of people would feel the same if they cancelled the next full Call of Duty game and made it a light gun game instead.
