Batman: Arkham Asylum dated
Discharged in late August.
Eidos has announced that Batman: Arkham Asylum will be released in Europe on 28th August.
The Rocksteady-developed action game is out three days earlier in North America on 25th August.
Batman: Arkham Asylum deposits the caped crusader in Gotham's famous home for the criminally insane, which is promptly taken over by the Joker.
The game is not based on the Batman Begins or Dark Knight films, and has won pre-release acclaim (including ours) for its setting, its fluid, rhythmic combat system, and a powerful and extensive range of abilities.
Look out for our review closer to release. The game's out for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
