Well I'm liking Atelier Iris 2 enough - slowly picking away at it every now and then.
Will no doubt pick up number 3 to complete the set.

It's had a mixed reception because it's a pretty traditional, niche RPG and thus has a reasonably narrow audience, not necessarily because it's not a good game. In fact, I've been told by someone that's played it extensively that it's far better than Atelier Iris 2 and slightly better than Atelier Iris. Though I'm taking that with a grain of salt since he works for NIS America, who are responsible for the English localisation in the first place.

Myself, I've got the US version ordered - it releases in a couple of weeks.

Good, because it's proving to be extremely difficult to find new, in-stock copies of the US release online. Must have sold better than they expected it to.
