Assault Heroes coming to PSN too
New version of shooter due next year.
Konami has announced top-down 2D shooter is in development for PlayStation Network.
The game will be a direct port of the Xbox 360 version, which was released all the way back in 2006.
You play the only surviving member of an elite Special Forces Unit. Your mission is to uncover a classified weapons program hidden deep within a secret underground lab, mainly by shooting things.
Expect flak cannons, flamethrowers, grenades and the like, plus destructible battlefields. You can explore environments on foot, by speedboat and in a 4x4 armed artillery vehicle. There's a two-player co-op mode for local and online play and of course the obligatory leaderboards.
Assault Heroes is due to arrive on PSN in 2010.

Sadly the second seemed to have missed the point of the first and I don't think many people bothered with it.
