50 Cent to make Saints Row movie News

Rap star 50 Cent has revealed plans to produce a movie based on Saints Row.
Cent may also do a big screen adaptation of his own game, Blood on the Sand, in the future. First things first, though.
"With my relationship with THQ, they'll actually see me develop Saints Row into an actual screeplay and into a film project," he said in a conference call (thanks, Kotaku).
"I'm optioning the rights for that right now, so they'll see that before they see me do it from my own perspective for my game," Cent added.

Oh dear...
I love the SR games and have got them both but 50 pence will turn it from a fun gang film into something hard and serious with Mother F*ckers and Home boys... :-( |

Saints Row has gotta have the worst storyline in any game I've played in recent years, it's terible. The script comes across like it's been written by a bunch of middle aged white guys who still seem to think that swearing and gun are really cool.
Fun game, but the story is absolute shitewash. Suppose it can't be any worse than Get Rich or Die Trying....
