Clues:

  • Examine the body, and look closely at both sides of his jacket to find a Life Insurance Letter and a Wallet.
  • Examine the three evidence markers.
  • In the alley to the left of Ray's there's a bloody knife in the trash. (Finding this on your first visit will earn the Stab-Rite trophy.)

Chase Leroy Sabo and take him down. Try and shoot him while he's running - if he gets too far he'll take a hostage and you'll need to shoot him quickly whilst not hurting the hostage which is much trickier.
