Jelly Deals: Digital deals this week include Star Wars PC titles, Xbox deals, and more

Knights of the Old Republic for £1.74, anyone?

A note from the editor: Jelly Deals is a deals site launched by our parent company, Gamer Network, with a mission to find the best bargains out there. Look out for the Jelly Deals roundup of reduced-price games and kit every Saturday on Eurogamer.

Digital games are a weird and wonderful thing. Even more wonderful when they get discounted down to insanely low prices - which is, conveniently enough, what we're here to talk about today. There's a bounty of digital discounts on offer this week from a few different places and across a few different formats, so settle in while we go through the best of what's reduced this week.

We'll start things off with some PC offers and move onto Xbox and PlayStation offers further down.

GOG.com's offerings

GOG.com's Weekly Sale has been going on since the beginning of the year, with offers and games being replaced each week. As of today, you can pick up a brand new set of deals from the range, including some of the below titles.

  • The Escapists for £4.39 / $5.36 / €5.09
  • Sheltered for £3.39 / $4.13 / €3.89
  • Lumo for £5.99 / $7.43 / €7.09
  • Deadly Premonition: Director's Cut for £2.09 / $2.49 / €2.39
  • Dustforce DX for £2.09 / $2.49 / €2.39
  • Slain: Back From Hell for £5.29 / $6.49 / €6.19
  • Vertical Drop Heroes HD for £1.09 / $1.24 / €1.29
  • Dreambreak for £2.89 / $3.49 / €3.29
  • Kromaia for £3.79 / $4.64 / €4.39

In case you missed the most important part of that list, it's the fact that Deadly Premonition: Director's Cut is available to buy for £2.09 / $2.49 / €2.39. That's an absolute steal for the kind of experience that only Deadly Premonition's particular brand of weird can bring you. If you happen to also be a fan of Twin Peaks, you kind of owe it to yourself to check that one out.

Weekly Sale from GOG.com

Humble's offerings

Over at the Humble Store, there's a whole bunch of sports-related titles with up to 75% off this week in what the site is imaginatively titling the Sports Week sale. Here are a few examples:

  • Football Manager 2017 for £17.49 / $24.99 / €27.49
  • Steep for £22.49 / $29.99 / €29.99
  • Motorsport Manager for £12.49 / $17.49 / €17.49
  • Nidhogg on £2.44 / $3.49 / €3.49
  • Sportsfriends for £5.99 / $7.49 / €6.99
  • NBA 2K17 for £23.99 / $35.99 / €29.99
  • WWE 2K17 for £23.99 / $29.99 / €29.99

Honestly, I'm not entirely sure how Nidhogg fits into a 'Sports Week' sale, but it's a fantastic game so I'll allow it. Bloodsport, maybe.

Sports Week Sale from Humble Store

Elsewhere on the site, the brand new re-release of The Silver Case - from legendary creator Suda51 - is 40% off for a limited time, bringing the price down to £9.39 / $11.99 / €11.09.

The Silver Case on PC (Steam) for £9.29 / $11.99 / €11.09 from Humble Store

Afer that, you may also want to check out the range of old school PC Star Wars titles on offer. There's up to 77% off some absolute classics like TIE Fighter, both Knights of the Old Republic games and the Jedi Knight series. Then there are also games like The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes which are just sort of there. Whatever your particular brand of galactic poison, however, there's likely something here you'll take a shine to. Then, if you fancy, you can buy the whole lot at a discount, too. Some highlights:

  • Star Wars X-Wing Special Edition for £2.79 / $3.99 / €3.99
  • Star Wars TIE Fighter Special Edition for £2.79 / $3.99 / €3.99
  • Star Wars Empire at War Gold Pack for £3.74 / $4.99 / €4.99
  • Star Wars Rebel Assault 1 & 2 for £2.79 / $3.99 / €3.99
  • Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic for £1.74 / $2.49 / €2.49
  • Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 for £1.74 / $2.49 / €2.49
  • Star Wars Dark Forces for £1.19 / $1.49 / €1.49
  • Star Wars Jedi Knight Academy for £1.74 / $2.49 / €2.49
  • Star Wars Rogue Squadron 3D for £2.79 / $3.99 / €3.99
  • Star Wars Republic Commando for £1.74 / $2.49 / €2.49
  • Star Wars Battlefront 2 for £1.74 / $2.49 / €2.49

Don't get too excited about that last entry, it's definitely the original Battlefront 2 and not this year's Battlefront 2. Not the most convenient naming convention, there.

Star Wars 'May the Fourth' Sale from Humble Store

Those games include the wonderful Stephen's Sausage Roll which you may have heard about non-stop, all the way through last year on this site's comments threads. Thanks, neilka.
