Dishonored 2 is less than a fortnight away from launch, and Bethesda has now detailed its PC system specs.

It's not too hefty a beast - you can run Dishonored 2 on Windows 7 without too much hassle, although you'll want at least 8GB RAM and 60GB of free hard drive space.

PC players will also get to twiddle with all sorts of extra settings, including water and quality and also, excitingly, rat shadows.

Preloading has now begun on Xbox One, while PC and PlayStation 4 players can begin downloading the game from next Tuesday, 8th November.

Minimum:

  • Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit versions); Intel Core i5-2400/AMD FX-8320 or better
  • 8 GB RAM; 60 GB free HDD space; NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7970 3GB or better
  • Contains a single disc. Download of additional files from Steam is required to run the game.
  • Requires Steam activation.
