Uncharted 4 sold 2.7m copies in a week

Sony's fastest-selling first party PS4 game.

Uncharted 4 sold an impressive 2.7m copies worldwide during its first week on sale, Sony has reported.

That figure includes physical copies and downloads.

Naughty Dog's final Nathan Drake adventure has become the fastest-selling first party game on PlayStation 4. In the UK, it topped the chart again this morning.

That means Uncharted 4 sold more in its first week on sale than Infamous: Second Son, DriveClub, Bloodborne, Killzone: Shadow Fall, The Order, Ratchet & Clank and Knack.

Uncharted 4 has earned itself plenty of critical acclaim, too:

"Gaming's most confident storytellers close the book on Nathan Drake's adventures with their best chapter yet," Oli wrote in Eurogamer's Uncharted 4 review.

It is another impressive feat for Naughty Dog, whose next project has yet to be officially confirmed but will likely be a follow-up to The Last of Us. There's a slice of Uncharted 4 single-player DLC coming as well.
