Uncharted 4 - Chapter 21: Brother’s Keeper

Below you'll find a walkthrough to this penultimate chapter of Uncharted 4, in which Nate heads back into the island one last time in his brother's footsteps and on the trail of Avery's treasure. Treasure and journal entry locations are included below.
Head forwards and climb your way up. When you reach the top, jump the small gap and head left into the cave and you'll pick up Sam's trail. Use your rope to swing across to the far side, climb through the low gap, and head left and up to find a set of footprints. Follow the footprints to the edge of the cliff, then stand on the slightly higher rock next to you and throw your rope, then swing and aim for the nearby handholds. Climb up to the highest rock and use your rope once more to make it to the far side, climb up, and pick up Sam's trail again.
- Treasure: Mughal Enamel Bird - While swinging on the rope, turn around and swing the other way to leap to a ledge just above where you found the footprints.
Jump over to the handholds, climb as high as you can, and then head right around the end of the rock. Drop down to the small platform below, leap to the gap that looks a bit like an open mouth, and work your way round some more. Head up and over to the right and you'll come across a small campfire.
- Journal Note: On the skeleton to the right of the fire.
Turn left and swing across the chasm to find more footprints, then head down through the short tunnels. Jump across the collapsing wooden bridge and through another short tunnel, then more footprints followed by a slide-and-jump. There's another wooden structure to cross, but as is becoming increasingly the way, it wasn't built to last and you'll end up on another slide. Use your rope at the bottom and grab the handholds on the other side, then head left into another low tunnel and drop into the area below.
- Treasure: Stone Vase - Amongst some barrels and boxes on the raised area opposite your landing zone.
Make your way up the next set of rocks, jump across the gap, and head round to the right - when using your piton to transfer to the second section of rough rock, you need to be as far to the right as you can, so jump from the highest handhold and leave it quite late to dig in.
When you're in range of the rope point, swing across, and on your forward swing release and hook it onto the mast below as you fall. Swing off and either land on the slope and jump for the handholds, or try and get the handholds directly. Either way, climb up into another cave.
On the other side, turn left and hook your rope onto the wooden frame. Lower yourself down the rope then swing to the rough rock and dig in with the piton.
- Treasure: Strange Fruit - While you're dangling above Avery's ship, turn to face it and then look up and right, and you should be able to just see a handhold ahead. Lower yourself down the rope and swing across to it - you'll need to guide yourself between two troublesome bulges in the rock - to find this item inside a small rock tunnel.
Head down and then work your way right and back up. Jump the gap and follow the path until you reach the slide, then whizz down, turn to the left and avoid a big boulder, bear left and jump the gap then immediately bear right and jump another couple, and then use your rope at the bottom to swing into the turquoise waters below. Swim towards the cave with the eerie blue glow and through the gap in the rocks beneath it.
- Treasure: Rajasthan Box - Head right before swimming through the gap, and find this hidden in the shadows up a small slope.
Turn right and keep swimming, dive underwater and pass through a narrow gap, and you'll emerge under a wooden deck and overhear an interesting conversation. When it's over, dive down and swim under the deck footings, and climb onto it to end the chapter.
