Amazon Japan now ships games internationally

Importers rejoice!

Amazon Japan now ships games overseas.

As spotted by Twitter user Hadler, then tested by many NeoGAF members, this opens up all sorts of cheap importing opportunities.

It's worth noting that lots of games and platforms are region locked, and international shipping is only applicable to titles fulfilled directly by Amazon. It won't work for third party sellers.

A lion's share of Japanese games don't offer English language options, but there are rare exceptions. Plus lots of games don't require knowing the language beyond navigating the menus.

As far as accounts go, Amazon Prime won't work overseas, but Amazon Japan ships all overseas orders express anyway.

It seems that there's a little inconsistency in what games it will let you ship, but by and large importers are finding some good deals on here. Anything you care to pick up?
