Portal, Halo: Reach, Fable 3 get Xbox One back compatibility

Plus: Braid, Deus Ex, Peggle, more.

A further selection of Xbox 360 titles have been added to the Xbox One back compatibility list today, including Halo: Reach, Fable 3 and Portal: Still Alive.

Peggle, Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Hydro Thunder have also made the cut, along with indie favourites Braid, Spelunky and Iron Brigade.

Microsoft is adding more games to the Xbox One's free back compatibility service every month.

UK owners also get NHL 3 on 3 NHL Arcade, Halo Wars and Motocross Madness - not available everywhere else [UPDATE: Microsoft UK has now removed these from its list, and said it had added them in error].

High profile titles from the Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto series are still noticeably missing (as is Red Dead Redemption), although Microsoft can only add titles it is allowed to by a game's original publisher.
