A Knight to Remember due late July.

The first chapter of the new King's Quest game is due out next month as a download on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC.

King's Quest: A Knight to Remember is pegged for release late July, the new and improved Sierra announced.

The new King's Quest is a reimagining of the classic adventure game series, and A Knight to Remember is the first entry in a five-chapter story developed by The Odd Gentlemen. Check it out in the trailer below.

The official blurb:

"As an aging King Graham reflects on a life of heroism with his granddaughter, Gwendolyn, King's Quest transports players back to experience firsthand the untold tales that shaped a kingdom. King's Quest: A Knight to Remember unfolds on a young Graham's first day in the land of Daventry, as he contends with other knights, a fire-breathing dragon and his own boundless enthusiasm to fulfill his destiny of earning a position in King Edward's court."

You might have recognised the voice behind King Graham - that's Christopher Lloyd of Back to the Future fame. Josh Keaton plays a young Graham, Maggie Elizabeth Jones is Gwendolyn and Zelda Williams is Amaya the Blacksmith.
