Not a Hero delayed a week

But adds 60 fps.

Not a Hero, the 2D cover-shooter/political satire from OlliOlli developer Roll7, has been delayed an extra week until 14th May when it will launch on Steam, GOG and the Humble Store.

According to the developer, this was due to some last minute tweaks to spruce the framerate up to 60 fps rather than 30. "Throughout the rigorous beta testing phase of Not A Hero, the most consistent feedback was to increase the frame rate to 59 frames per second," said Roll7 producer Simon Bennett. "Well, we went a step further and took Not A Hero up to 60 frames per second. You're welcome."

Last week Roll7 released a demo for Not a Hero on Steam. It's pretty short, but good fun nonetheless.

Not a Hero will be priced at £9.99 / €12.99 / $12.99, or you can splurge on the Special Edition for £14.99 / €19.99 / $19.99 and receive a bonus digital comic, digital art book, Making Of documentary, and full soundtrack.

Pre-orders are 10 per cent off and come with a complimentary Steam code for OlliOlli.

Not a Hero will launch later this year on PS4, Vita and Xbox One.
