UPDATE 22/12/2014: The Steam Holiday sale continues with heavy discounts.

Today there's 80 per cent off Valve's wonderful first-person puzzle game Portal 2. I's going for £2.99, although I can't imagine there are many Steam users left in the world who don't already own it.

Strategy game Age of Mythology Extended Edition is £5.74, Creative Assembly's first-person stealth horror Alien Isolation is half price at £15.99, and Bethesda's wonderful fantasy open world role-playing game Skyrim is a snip at £2.49.

Elsewhere, Awesomenauts is just 69p, Telltale's The Wolf Among Us is £4.74 and the brilliant Bastion is just £2.74. Introversion's cool Prison Architect is 80 per cent off at £3.99.

And Eurogamer's Christian Donlan would be upset if I didn't point you to over-the-top shooter Bulletstorm, which is just £2.99. Cheaper than a Brighton pint.

As always, you can see all the games on sale on Steam in a tidy list.
