Steam has launched a new sale in honour of US holiday Thanksgiving and all the great commercial values that come with it.

Dubbed the Steam Exploration Sale, numerous games will be heavily discounted over the next six days until 2nd December at 10am PST (that's 6pm in the UK).

Today's deals include:

  • Watch Dogs - £19.99 (50 per cent off)
  • Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - £5.99 (50 per cent off)
  • The Evil Within - £11.89 (66 per cent off)
  • Sid Meier's Civilization: Beyond Earth - £20.99 (30 per cent off)
  • Lords of the Fallen - £17.99 (40 per cent off)
  • Goat Simulator - £3.49 (50 per cent off)
  • The Long Dark - £7.49 (50 per cent off)
  • Don't Starve - £2.74 (75 per cent off)
  • Company of Heroes 2 - £7.49 (75 per cent off)

There's also some pretty great non-daily deals out there like 70 per cent off FTL (£2.09) and The Stanley Parable (£2.99), 90 per cent off Battleblock Theater (£1.09), and 40 per cent off The Vanishing of Ethan Carter (£8.99).
