Thomas Was Alone is now on Android and iPhone

On sale this weekend, includes free DLC.

Mike Bithell's minimalist narrative-rich platformer Thomas Was Alone has arrived on Android devices and iPhones, the ports' developer Bossa Studios has announced.

Previously, it had only been available on PC, Mac, PS3, Vita and iPad.

These mobile ports of Thomas Was Alone are currently on sale for £2.49 / $3.99 until 28th July, and the price will revert to £3.99 / $5.99 after that.

The Android and iPhone versions of Thomas Was Alone come included with the Benjamin's Flight DLC pack, giving players an additional 20 levels following a shape searching for the Fountain of Wisdom.

Bossa Studios is best known for creating Surgeon Simulator, but it also worked on the iPad port of Thomas Was Alone that came out in May.

"It's an original, and when something has personality, the flaws become quirks; even, in a way, essential," wrote Eurogamer contributor Rich Stanton in his Thomas Was Alone review. "Thomas Was Alone, needless to say, has a whole lot of personality."
