Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty UK price gets a little cheaper

"To ensure as fair a price as possible."

Oddworld Inhabitants has reduced the price of platform puzzle game Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty by a couple of quid ahead of its release next week.

The UK price is now £17.99, the developer said on the Oddworld website. It had been £19.99. This price reduction was put in place to better reflect the US price of $29.99, the studio said.

New 'n' Tasty, a remake of Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee by UK developer Just Add Water, launches in Europe on 23rd July 2014 as a digital PS4 game from the PlayStation Store.

It's cross-buy, so you get the PlayStation 3 and Vita versions when they're released later.

Meanwhile, if you have a PlayStation Plus subscription you get the Alf's Escape add-on for free when it launches shortly after the PS4 version comes out.
