Bayonetta dev Platinum making The Legend of Korra game

Because Scalebound and Bayonetta 2 aren't enough.

Platinum, developer of Bayonetta, The Wonderful 101 and Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, is making a game based on The Legend of Korra animated series.

The Legend of Korra is a download title due out this autumn for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC, and is published by Activision.

According to IGN, the game takes place between the second and third seasons of the show, which airs on Nickelodeon.

The Legend of Korra is a follow-up to Avatar: The Last Airbender, and features similar magic power martial arts action.

There's also a turn-based strategy The Legend of Korra game due out for 3DS, made by Webfoot Technologies.

Japanese developer Platinum has a lot on its plate at the moment. It's making Xbox One exclusive Scalebound, Wii U exclusive Bayonetta 2, and now The Legend of Korra.
