GTA 5 cheats - cars, bikes, helicopters and planes

Whether you're in need of a helicopter or a motorbike, we've got all of the GTA 5 vehicle cheat codes for the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game.

If you have an unexpectedly urgent need for a getaway vehicle, the developers at Rockstar have handily included a selection of vehicle spawn cheats that should help you out in a pinch.

Vehicle cheats: cars, bikes, helicopters and planes

Cars

Caddy: Take a break from the pressures of city life and maim, murder and dismember people from the slow-moving comfort of the humble golf cart. You probably want to jump into something zippier when the cops turn up though.

Xbox 360 B, LB, Left, RB, LT, A, RB, LB, B, A

Comet: A great all-rounder on four wheels, the Comet's a dependable vehicle for getting away from even the most ill-advised of rampages.

Xbox 360 RB, B, RT, Right, LB, LT, A, A, X, RB

Rapid GT: The Rapid GT lacks the handling finesse that we like in the Comet, but as a proper two-seater sports car it certainly wins out in the looks department.

Xbox 360 RT, LB, B, Right, LB, RB, Right, Left, B, RT

Stretch Limo: Perfect for the well-heeled lunatic about town, the limo will get you wherever you're headed in style. Not quite the turning circle you're looking for in a getaway vehicle though.

Xbox 360 RT, Right, LT, Left, Left, RB, LB, B, Right

Garbage Truck: If, on the other hand, you like to take out the trash with a rather distinct lack of style, you could always spawn yourself this trash-chewing monstrosity.

Instant awesome.

Bikes

BMX: Ideal for scooting around the narrower alleys of Los Santos (although less ideal for escaping the attentions of a military helicopter), the BMX really comes into its own in the countryside.

Xbox 360 Left, Left, Right, Right, Left, Right, X, B,Y, RB, RT

Maibatsu Sanchez: While not the fastest bike in the game, the Sanchez is extremely useful when it comes to ripping through extreme terrain. Handy for the mountains and countryside of GTA 5.

PS3 O, X, L1, O, O, L1, O, R1, R2, L2, L1, L1

Shitzu PCJ 600:: Of all the bikes you can spawn in a crisis, we're rather fond of the PCJ 600. It's an all-round decent mix of reliable handling with just enough horsepower to get away from the bad/good guys, depending on your perspective.

Collateral bike-spawning damage. Sorry old chap.

Helicopters and airplanes

Buzzard: This lightweight helicopter may well be agile in the air - and it even packs a little light firepower too - but it's really not built for endurance. Great for running away, not so great for a showdown, in other words.

Duster: For a more sedate, old-fashioned tour about town, you could always spawn yourself this charming old-world crop-duster. Then spray smoke through the city streets, before killing everyone from the safety of the shadows.

PS3 Right, Left, R1, R1, R1, Left, Triangle, Triangle, X, O, L1, L1
Xbox 360 Right, Left, RB, RB, RB, Left, Y, Y, A, B, LB, LB

Stunt Plane: If you can master the rather twitchy controls of the stunt plane, you'll find no better vehicle for showing off your aerobatic skills. It's certainly nimbler then the Duster, and packs a little more horsepower to help you zip across the map more quickly.
