Assassin's Creed Liberation HD spotted

And something called Assassin's Creed Pirates.

Vita adventure Assassin's Creed 3 Liberation may soon be headed for a re-release on other platforms, a new leaked logo suggests.

An image of upcoming Ubisoft digital games includes mention of Assassin's Creed Liberation HD (the numeral has presumably been removed to avoid confusion with this year's AC4). A PC, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live launch would seem likely.

Also mentioned in the list is Assassin's Creed: Pirates. Ubisoft usually releases a mobile tie-in game for the series each year - this could be it, or some form of tie-in app for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag.

The image popped up on Chinese forum A9VG and was then spotted by NeoGAF.

Already-known titles such as Trials Frontier and Child of Light - a JRPG-inspired fairytale platformer from the director of Far Cry 3 - are also listed.

Other unknown games mentioned include Rabbids Big Bang, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, Poptropica: Forgotten Islands and what looks like a Just Dance tie-in named Auto Dance.

Ubisoft declined to comment when approached by Eurogamer.
