Another Warhammer 40K game for PC, iOS, Android

Space Wolf mixes 3D battles and trading cards.

Games Workshop has okayed another one - Russian developer HeroCraft has unveiled a trading card-centred, turn-based Warhammer 40,000 game for PC, Android and iOS. It's called Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf.

It's due next year and involves building a deck of cards to represent your army and their abilities, all of which are rendered in 3D when the mess hits the fan.

Each turn a character gets a choice between five or six cards and is usually only able to pick two of them. These cards represent attacking, moving and equipping defensive or offensive abilities.

HeroCraft has been around for over a decade plying a trade in social and mobile and PC games.
