Forza 5 confirmed to be 1080p 60fps, new trailer released

You'll taste the air.

Turn 10's Forza 5, one of the Xbox One's glitziest launch games, will be running in native 1080p at 60 frames per second. And that's not even the exciting bit, because it's got a new feature called Drivatar! Okay, the first part was the exciting bit.

Forza 5 took centre stage at Microsoft's conference, as did the McLaren P1 that'll be featuring in the game. Turn 10's Dan Greenawalt also revealed Drivatar, a new feature that takes your driving performance and uploads it to the cloud. It's similar to how Real Racing 3's AI worked - here's hoping the implementation's slightly better this time round.

The trailer, culled from in-game footage, looks mighty handsome, the splash of colour in the city streets reminiscent of Project Gotham Racing. We'll have more on Forza 5 for you in the coming days.
