Hotline Miami unleashes its psychedelic rage on Mac

How do you like them apples?

Dennaton Games' cult classic top-down f***-'em-up Hotline Miami has finally emerged on Mac via Steam and GamersGate. Now all those times you've recommended it to Mac user friends will no longer fall on deaf ears.

Jonatan "Cactus" Söderström and Dennis Wedin's neon-coloured slaughter-fest made quite a splash last year where it went on to sell 130,000 copies in seven weeks. Vita and PS3 versions are due this spring.

The official Hotline Miami Twitter noted that the Mac version doesn't have controller support just yet and a DRM-free version of the game will be going up soon on GoG.

Our Tom Bramwell loved Hotline Miami to bits and awarded it a prestigious 10/10 in his Hotline Miami review.
