Borderlands 2: Gearbox teases sixth playable character

UPDATE: Borderlands 2 developer Gearbox has now officially released its earlier teaser for the game's upcoming sixth playable character class.
The figure will be fully revealed at a Gearbox panel during PAX East, the developer added. Details on a level cap increase will also be divulged then, too.
ORIGINAL STORY: Borderlands 2 will get a sixth playable character.
At the end of a panel session at SXSW (attended by Polygon), developer Gearbox showed a teaser trailer that suggests this new character will be melee-focused.
In the short clip a silhouetted character is seen punching enemies so hard they explode. "Bandits beware, a new Vault Hunter is coming," says the trailer.
