Battlefield: Bad Company action comedy TV show in the works

Trouble is never far behind.

There is a Battlefield: Bad Company TV show in the works, according to a new report.

EA and FOX have signed a deal for an hour long action comedy, Deadline reports.

John Eisendrath, who worked on Alias, Felicity and Beverly Hills 90210, has written the script, which features the main characters from the game's B Company. The story follows four renegade soldiers as they exit military life and enter the private sector.

But wait! Trouble, apparently, is never far behind. Their commanding officer used them to further the ends of a shadow unit within the government and now wants them dead to cover his tracks. The cad.

DICE's Battlefield producer Patrick Bach is helping out, hopefully to make sure the TV show doesn't tarnish the Battlefield brand. And production is being handled by Adam Sandler's company Happy Madison.
