Ed McMillen's Basement Collection dated for Steam this month

Lots of new bonus goodies announced.

Super Meat Boy and The Binding of Isaac creator Ed McMillen is releasing his Basement Collection containing his earlier works on Steam for PC and Mac on 31st August for $4.

We previously detailed the collection, but since then McMillen has announced even further goodies. In addition to Time Fcuk , Aether, Spewer, Grey Matter, Triachnid, Meat Boy, Coil and a secret game, it will now include:

  • A second secret game
  • 15 minutes of cut footage from Indie Game: The Movie
  • Over 40 minutes audio of development commentary/QA sessions
  • Over 30 pages of development documents and character sketches
  • Six playable tech demos/prototypes
  • Tons of behind the scenes photos, comics, easter eggs and extras
  • A free full digital soundtrack
