Probably the biggest game collection ever on Ebay sold for $1.32m

Every game on every Sega system ever. Every game for a Nintendo system until GameCube.

A fraction of the games on offer.

Probably the biggest game collection ever posted on Ebay has been snapped up for €999,999.99 (about £793,000, or $1.32 million).

It contains thousands of games, including every title ever made for a Sega platform. That includes the Saturn, Megadrive, Master System, Game Gear and Dreamcast.

It also includes every game ever released for a Nintendo platform, up until and including the GameCube. That includes the NES, SNES, Virtual Boy, N64, N64 DD, and Game Boy.

Many are still factory-sealed, including every game ever released on NEC systems.

Rare titles and contest-only games that were never on sale are included. As is all the hardware, too.

The extraordinary collection must be seen to be believed. The sale listing is still visible on Ebay.

The postage and packing alone totalled €1000 (£793). An anonymous buyer secured the sale last night.
