Day 1 for me, but standard edition will be spot on.

Well its no worse then the Me3 collector/special whatever edition.
Tough I do hope there will be a PC version to buy.
That is buy it if it isn't disappointing, still not convinced that they didn't go the mainstream route.

Day 1 for me too. These types of games are way too rare to miss.

I might even get the Collector's Edition. I did for Gothic 3 and that map was really helpful.

@Inmediasress Yeah sadly no PC version means no buy for me too. I kinda liked Risen but there's no way I'd like it on a console (glad Alan Wake is out on PC soon!). Ultimately even with a PC version I'd also still rather wait for some reviews.

I'm all over this but no chance I'm getting the CE. Perhaps I'll wait for the inevitable DUFFtrade ;)

No PC version? That sucks :(

EDIT: I do note the GFWL banner on the boxart up there in the corner, however. Fingers crossed.

I do want this. But the Witcher 2 Dark Edition makes the pricing on these other SEs look incredibly silly. Still I might get it. The soundtrack will be worth having if it's done by Kai Rosencranz again. His work on Risen 1 added a lot of atmosphere to the world and has been very good background music for my read through of Game of Thrones.

Wait wait wait... No PC version of Risen 2, or no PC version of this CE?? I'm guessing the latter.

£70? Standard edition for me then as none of those extras are that appealing for an extra £30.

@WillyWongler I'm afraid it's not Kai doing the music this time.. Don't remember who is doing the music now though so maybe my brain is wrong.

@mkreku That's very sad news indeed. I hope his replacement can handle the job.

    Found it!

Non-official link to World of Risen forum post

"The sound of R2 will be made by Dynamedion, the company which worked at Arcania. Bastian Seelbach is a great audio director, and Tilman Silescu is a great composer. So I think the music of R2 is in good hands."

I thought this game had come out months ago :)

    @mkreku Ok. That's relief for now :D

I thought this game was gonna be released on the PC as well so i guess only the CE won't show up on the pc. Would be a huge mistake if they don't bring this game to the pc, seeing how the pc version of the first Risen was the only playable version of them all (check the scores and reviews, the console version had many bugs and other issues the pc version didn't had).

Looking forward too this game. Risen was one of those hidden gems only a few seem to find out. It might start a bit slow but once it rolls, it rolls big time.
