Official Uncharted: Golden Abyss Vita case announced

Thrustmaster unveils full range for new portable.

An Uncharted: Golden Abyss-branded carry case headlines Thrustmaster's line of officially-licensed PlayStation Vita accessories unveiled today.

Priced at Ł24.99, the shock-resistant foam-lined box is "specially designed to optimize the PS Vita's wireless functions", includes space for six games and features a dog tag embossed into the lid.

You can also get exactly the same case but with the Uncharted branding replaced by a plain Vita logo for Ł19.99.

Thrustmaster is also offering a VIP Case, priced at Ł16.99. "Modeled after glasses cases from leading designer brands", it's felt-lined to protect the console's screen and sports an automatic closing mechanism.

All three will be available from the system's 22nd February launch. Check out the snapshots below for a closer look.

@Lunatic4ever A Vita, Uncharted and an 8GB memory stick is Ł256.90 at Amazon. Surely you're willing to spend Ł6.90 on a memory card? (Or get Uncharted elsewhere - get if from the Hut for example and all 3 come to about Ł252).

EDIT: It's pretty odd that Eurogamer aren't advertising this. They advertised all the rubbish Amazon Black Friday deals (admittedly a couple were good, but it was mostly rubbish) yet the best Vita bundle by far, for a discount of up to Ł57 on RRP, gets no mention...

Thrustmaster VIP case already ordered. Just need to figure something out for carts. I don't want to get a separate case but there is going to be room in that case between the screen an the lid so hopefully I can sort something.

There's a bundle, or at least there was yesterday, where you could buy the Vita for 220 pounds with a free 8gb memory card. Also option to buy one of a select few games for 15 quid too.

@BigDannyH No Uncharted in that bundle today, if it was before. A bunch of Ubisoft titles only at the moment (although that includes the hopefully excellent Lumines Electric Symphony).
