Well, it certainly looks better than Homecoming, probably due to the better fogging system. It's got that going for it at least. Look! We can see further than a few feet in front of us! How daring! How innovative!

I still secretly hope this will rock my socks off though.

Sigh. Typical generic monster design. Bring back Insane cancer or the Closers.

I suppose this is closer to Silent hill than the mess Book of Lost memories looks like. Sheesh!

Looks alright. I'll buy it, but keeping my expectations in check seems like a good idea. Will probably wait for a price drop like I did for the much-better-than-expected Shattered Memories.

Silent Hill 3 is still the best looking game in the series it seems...

Gotta love the generic monsters, there was a time where the designs of the monsters had a bit of subtext and reflected the nature of the main character's inner struggles. Even the zombie nurses were subtly altered to reflect the main character's psyche.

A 15 minute video was uploaded yesterday, showing for the first time gameplay footage of Murphy roaming around and exploring the actual town (rather than the outskirts, which is all we were shown before). It looks great, it looks 'Silent Hill' and does a far better job of convincing this is a worthy entry in the franchise than those screenshots.

Looking good but I remember seeing some actual gameplay about the battles...and they looked awful. It took the protagonist like 5 min. for one monster and the controls looked really clunky:S
