The game will probably suffer heavily from the style change.
Of all the screenshots so far I just can't get this Noir vibe that made the first two great.
Other than that its called max payne somehow it doesn't seem to get me excited.

I agree with you, it doesnt really look like Max Payne other than the name. I like the setting of the game, and without that, it doesnt look any different than a game like Stranglehold

aye I agree the noir lack of is biting, and I must admit I laughed at the fourth screenshot with a fat bald guy diving in a vest and firing and still making me chuckle.

But I reckon still be a great game but dont think it be like the old stuff.

Yep, still looks shit (from what they've shown). I hold on to the hope that they've just held a lot of footage and details back from the mags and stuff because it's too epic to spoil . . . but I'm being enthusiastic. That never works out :(.
