Hm, a Vuvuzela Noise maker - always wanted to know what it would be like to hear a constant stream of annoying sound.

...sounds like it's time to play Call of Duty online, then.

Anyone who likes FM and couldn't give a toss about TF2 - buy this on steam, and you can take your pick of probably any other brand new Steam games to trade one or two of the 3 items for. The TF2 fans go absolutely fucking crazy for Genuine items, and this is for a FOOTBALL game, so the Americans won't touch it with a 50 foot pole and thus the genuine quality versions of these items will put them at a massive premium for steam trading.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if you could trade these for a gifted copy of Arkham City or Skyrim at release...

If you want to be picky, many (most?) news items could be considered adverts. New trailer released, cheapest price to get a game/console at, e.t.c. Indeed, as of right now, the latest news piece is literally an ad - "Batman: Arkham City ad zip-lines in".

In addition, there's been lots of "game has TF2 extras"-type news items before. Sure, they're trivial if (like me) you don't play TF2, but there are plenty who do, and this might influence their purchasing decision.
