Battlefield 3 achievements revealed

The Battlefield 3 Xbox 360 achievements roster is in the wild.

As posted on Xbox360Achievements, there are 38 badges in total to secure, including six secret achievements.

Here are the 32 we know about - warning, there are a few light spoilers up ahead:

  • Not on my watch (25 points): Protect Chaffin from the soldiers in the street in Operation Swordbreaker
  • Involuntary Euthanasia (25 points): Kill the two soldiers before the building falls on them in Uprising
  • The Professional (30 points): Complete the street chase in Comrades in under two minutes 30 seconds without dying
  • Army of Darkness (30 points): Shoot out the four lights with four bullets in Night Shift
  • Practice makes perfect (15 points): Headshot each of the targets in the gun range in Kaffarov
  • What the hell *are* you? (20 points): Take a Russian Dog Tag in the forest ambush in Rock And A Hard Place
  • Roadkill (20 points): Kick the car to kill the soldiers in Uprising
  • You can be my wingman anytime (30 points): Complete Going Hunting in a perfect run
  • Scrap Metal (25 points): Destroy six enemy tanks before reaching the fort in Thunder Run
  • Butterfly (25 points): Take down the jet in one attempt in Rock And A Hard Place
  • Twofor (15 points): Take down two enemies with one bullet in Night Shift
  • Ooh-rah! (30 points): Complete the campaign story
  • Between a rock and a hard place (15 points): Beat Solomon, flawlessly, in The Great Destroyer
  • Semper Fidelis (50 points): Complete the campaign story on Hard
  • Push On (20 points): Reach the garage without going into man-down state in Hit and Run
  • Two-rah! (30 points): Complete all co-op missions
  • Lock 'n' Load (30 points): Unlock all unique co-op weapons
  • Car Lover (20 points): Complete the mission without losing a humvee in Operation Exodus
  • In the nick of time (20 points): Disarm the bomb in under 20 seconds in The Eleventh Hour
  • Bullseye (20 points): Reach and save the hostages without alerting any enemies in Drop 'em Like Liquid
  • Untouchable (20 points): Complete the mission without using the fire extinguisher in Fire From The Sky
  • Army of Two (50 points): Complete all co-op missions on Hard
  • Ninjas (20 points): Reach the VIP without setting off the alarm in Exfiltration
  • Vehicle Warfare (30 points): Obtain all three vehicle warfare ribbons
  • Infantry Efficiency (30 points): Obtain all four weapon efficiency ribbons
  • Decorated (50 points): Obtain one of each ribbon in the game
  • It's better than nothing! (30 points): Finish as 3rd MVP in a ranked match
  • Support Efficiency (30 points): Obtain all four support efficiency ribbons
  • Colonel (50 points): Achieve rank 45
  • 1st Loser (30 points): Finish as 2nd MVP in a ranked match
  • Most Valuable Player (30 points): Finish as MVP in a ranked match
  • M.I.A (20 points): Obtain your first enemy Dog Tag

    Not many multiplayer achievements, but the ones that are there look like a grindfest. Bleurgh.

    Glad there's not so many multiplayer cheevos. Seems these are pretty easy to get too... Still a few weeks away..

    I guess we won't know how hard these are until the game ships - maybe these are mission objectives; maybe they are feats of super human gaming ability. Who knows :)

    It might be a bit hard to obtain third position in MP - I tend to be 1st or 2nd. ;)

    Torvil and Dean(20 points): Slide across the map uncontrollably, swearing cosntantly.
    Manic Miner (20 points): Fall through the map at least once per game.
    Ghost (20 points):Get killed by a player who didnt show up on your screen.
    They're all against me (20 points): Play yet another game with unbalanced teams.
    Budgie (20 points): Sit in a shrub for the whole game.
    WTF (20 points): Shoot a player and get killed by them. Now rejoice when on the death cam they are somehow still at 100% health.
    Billy no mates (20 points): Fail yet again to get a squad of friends together.

    I could go on! Hoping the full game is good, the Beta has disappointed me :(

    One Man Army annoyance (1 point, x 1000) Get hacked off with playing with folk whom are used to COD or don't know what the aim is and refuse to play as team players.
    Really looking forward to this, hoping the beta gets the negativity out of the system!

    Does anyone actually care about single player?

    BF is a multiplayer game. I played the 1942 demo for months and some people are still playing it.

    Errol, I for one would feel ripped off if I bought a full-price game and only got the multiplayer component.

    Until DICE made the spinoff Battlefield games for consoles (Modern Combat and Bad Company), none of them (Battlefield 1942, 2, 2142 or the recent 1943) had a SP campaign as it is a MP focused franchise and they were all full priced titles apart from BF1943.

    Agreed, Battlefield is all about the multiplayer. Im not bothered about Sp at all, except maybe multiplayer against bots.

    I'm also glad about there not being too many multiplayer achievements. There are enough ribbons and challenges to go for not to mention the unlockables. That should be enough. I hated the online achievements on BFBC2.

    Single Player is just as important to me as the multiplayer. More so with alot of games! That's where I wanna se the achievements... there and the co op segments.

    well they kinda tried but I dislike achievements names that are trying to be funny , if you cant be funny just give it a regular title. Wonder what the unique co-op weapons are.

    Easier than BFBC2...No chopper roadkill? Just one tag instead of 5 tags from your friends list?...Of course much better for people who aren't that invested in the multiplayer...

    See No Evil - Speak No Evil (1) - Play a whole game without communicating with your squad, or spotting a single fucking enemy.

    achievement unlocked x 1,000,000 already.

    there are countless variations in relation to not dropping health packs or ammo packs too.

    There should be one for spotting 100 times, might get people into the habit of doing it more.

    Can they make an achievement for having a certain number of spot assists? It might encourage people to play the game properly.

    This list is ok I guess. I realise they are trying to push the SP pretty hard to bring the game to a wider audience. I do wish there had been more MP achievements though. As others have rightly said, we need achievements that encourage proper team play that Battlefield is famous for. The very thing that sets it apart from it's competitors. These should have been no-brainers:

    - Earn 100 Spot Assists
    - Revive 100 squad mates
    - Rearm 100 squad mates
    - Destroy 20 M-COM stations

    Any of these would have been welcome. Although I am glad there are no grindworthy achievements like earning 10,000+ kills or 20 Destruction 2.0 kills as per BFBC2. That fcuker took me ages to get.
