Deus Ex: HR clothing line announced
Wardrobe augmentation incoming.
An official Deus Ex: Human Revolution clothing line goes on sale tomorrow, Square Enix has announced.
Online fashion retailer Musterbrand is offering a number of items inspired by the title, designed in partnership with developer Eidos-Montreal, via the game's official site.
Among the threads on offer are a replica Adam Jensen trench coat, various T-shirts, sweaters and jeans.
The store doesn't go live until tomorrow morning, but you can eye up a taster of what will be available below. Square wouldn't confirm prices.
"Musterbrand's clothing lines are designed by top stylists, woven from the highest quality material, and cut so sharply they should come with a warning," commented CEO Knut Jochen Bergel.
"Deus Ex: Human Revolution is already drawing praise for its unique design and playability - we're aiming to replicate the game's popularity with our clothing line too."
Eidos' effort, out this week, is indeed pulling in the plaudits, winning an impressive 9/10 from Eurogamer's Tom Bramwell.
"It just wants to be played with and enjoyed - and when you finish, you just want to play with it again," read his Deus Ex: Human Revolution review.

edit: beaten to it.
Better to look good than have the distractions of an agent who needs backup.

I won't be surprised if it's made out of cotton and costs £300 though.
Update: Yep, Shell Fabric: 77% Cotton / 23% Nylon @ £165. What a rip.

I'd like a cool coat, the rest of the stuff looks very generic.

Yes, replica jeans. Made by puma slipper woman herself in a sweatshop in darkest China.

I particularly like their pricing as well - don't bother converting, just change the symbol! £115 from the US store... or £165 from the European store. Nice.

(It's leather/floor length trench coats you want to avoid.)
