New test chambers incoming.

The free batch of Portal 2 DLC announced earlier this year arrives next month, Valve has confirmed.

Speaking to Kotaku, studio boss Gabe Newell wouldn't offer an exact date but insisted it will be up for download in "mid September".

As detailed back in April, the pack includes new test chambers, leaderboards, a challenge mode "and more".

That reminds me, I'm actually stuck in Portal 2, close to the end. Right where GlaDOS says, "Yup it's a trap, but it's our only choice, so just go straight on through" or something like that.

If you can help with a hint, please reply (with spoiler tags of course...)

Darc - walk forwards, walk onto the plate to fly off to the side, wait, and you'll get to the next area. You'll need to escape it then. There is white paint falling and only 2 portalable surfaces, so it's easy enough.
