Rage Collector's Pack a Game exclusive
Comics! Making of! Anarchy Edition!
The Rage Collector's Pack is exclusive to Game and Gamestation in the UK.
Inside the Collector's Pack are two Rage comics by Dark Horse that cover events prior to the game.
There's a 'Making of' DVD, too, as well as the digital contents of the Anarchy Edition of Rage.
The Anarchy Edition gives Double Barrel Shotgun and Fists of Rage weapons, as well as Crimson Elite Armour and a Rat Rod Buggy.
Game doesn't yet mention if the Collector's Pack costs extra.
Tom Bramwell popped over to QuakeCon 2011 recently to play and preview Rage for Eurogamer. He also pinned down creative director Tim Willits for a Rage interview.

Going by this recent trend in shitty collectors editions that cost a fortune it will be probably something like 100bucks if not more lol.

The impression I get is that 'when it's done' has cost the publisher so much dosh it has to be a smash. It's not uncommon these days. Still, at least it's not Duke Nukem Forever.

Not sure if that'll change later, though.

I think Notch's tweet sumed it up best..
'When I make a movie, it will have different exclusive scenes added to it depending on what cinema you go to.'

"The price quoted for a preorder title is the anticipated retail selling price at the time of release. Should the price be reduced you will be charged the lower price at the time of your order being dispatched. Should the price increase - you will not pay any more! Money is taken just prior to release."

done exactly what ryanbreck has done. Had it pre-ordered with Amazon, but when this edition came out for the same price for the PC it was a no brainer. Same price + more content (content that includes Sir Cramack (if he was English he would have been knighted by now)) so why would anyone who's already pre-ordered not go for this deal. Hoping for this to be one of the best 30 quid I ever spend!

I absolutely hate collector's packs that are the size of a BBC Micro monitor and filled up with totally pointless crap, like a cheap, massive Gears of War figure made in China.
id always make good collectors editions. Remember the Doom 3 collectors edition for xbox? It was just a metal engraved case with a bonus disc inside with Doom1 and 2. It looks great, it actually has content, and it doesn't take up any extra space in a games cabinet.

i.e. if you buy the PC version you do not get the Mac version for free, or vice versa.
