In the US, the Batman: Arkham City Collector's Edition includes a premium statue, an art book, Gotham Knight animated material and early access to DLC.
That's according to various US shops, including Best Buy and GameStop (as spotted by Joystiq). It's available to pre-order and will be sold for just under $100.
According to Best Buy: "This exclusive Collector's Edition brings the Caped Crusader to life in a whole new way with a premium statue, a beautifully designed art book, Gotham Knight animated content, early access to digital add-on content and more."

As far as the Killzone 3 Helghast Edition was concerned, you'd have to be pretty thick not to see that one coming a mile off.
I'd love to get this Batman edition, but I can't. Not with the Assassin's Creed Revelations collectors edition and Skyrim pretty much straight after. Sorry Bats, you'll have to wait, we're not all as rich as you are
