Xbox-exclusive characters for SFxT?
Ono confirms Cole isn't the only guest.
The PlayStation 3 and PS Vita versions of upcoming fighting game Street Fighter x Tekken feature infamous star Cole MacGrath as an exclusive playable character – but will the Xbox 360 version also get an exclusive character?
"That will depend entirely on Microsoft," Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Ono told Eurogamer.
"Sony called us up and wined and dined us," Ono said, jokingly, of Cole's inclusion in the game. "Just Starbucks, but I'm a big coffee fan so watching those beans get ground up really tugged at my heartstrings.
"Let me rewind, Microsoft just took me to Starbucks. Sony ground the beans for me. That's the difference.
"When we first started talking to SCEA about the Vita version and ways we could link that up to the PS3 version the conversation naturally drifted toward what else we could that's very PlayStation-ey, very specific to those platforms. So we started thinking of characters we could cross over.
"We settled on Cole fairly early because he's a character that fits the Street Fighter universe. He doesn't seem out of place. He has electrical moves. We already have Blanka, so we know in this universe it's not unusual for people to have electrical powers. And we think his fighting style measures pretty well with Tekken, as well.
"He won't feel like a shoehorned in guest character.
"Of course, from infamous 2 onward, it looks like Cole can use weapons now, so we're not sure how fair that would be in a Street Fighter fight. We'll see."
Ono took to the stage during Sony's E3 2011 press conference last week to announce Cole's inclusion in the game. He played as him on the PS Vita version.
Speaking after the unveiling, Ono strongly hinted that more guest characters are set for the crossover fighting game.
"I'll put it to you this way, I have a habit of doing all sorts of fan service-ey kind of things in my games. So if there was only one guest, that would suck. That's all I'll tell you for now."

Namco and Capcom have a ludicrously big library of games they can cameo into this game so it's probably not worth guessing who else could join the party at this point.

The title is misleading, when the article just talks about how MS didnt really get on board with them, and then he just goes on to talk about how great Sony were and the exclusive content for there platforms.

All other Xbox characters seem to use a gun and are massively grey.

TomNook is a rather random troll, who loves all things Xbox but names himself after a Nintendo character.
He is confusion personified, best just ignore the troll

I think TomNook is the most entertaining troll I've ever come across. There's something endearingly naive about his posts that brings to my mind a brace-toothed scrawny teen with his pants worn halfway down his legs chanting "Teh EthBoth TheeThitty ith dha grettetht conthole evah, and Hey-lo and Geath of Wurr are the betht gameth evah!!! FAKT!!!"
