    I didn't know you could play dragon age 2 online? I never bothered entering the code, thought it was just some extra armor and an extra shop.

    You can't play Dragon Age 2 online, same for GTAIV. So I guess this is time played on connected consoles either multiplayer or single player.

    @LetsGo,

    I thought, from every forum ever, that I was the only person who bought and loved Fable 3. That makes two of us buying the DLC. Therefore, it won't chart. Actually , my kids loved it too, so that makes 4 (but still only 2 downloads).

    Also, from the feedback on every game site, Dave Molineux is a clueless twat, so his games will never be good. It feels so futile to disagree, but I'll do it anyway. His games are really great.

    Anyway, I'm not buying Homefront, because it's someone else's homefront not mine, so there.

    It's so beautiful in it's predictability.

    Another fan of Fable 3 here, that makes five of us.

    Anyway, glad to see that NHL11 made the list - fantastic game, and the online club mode is way more enjoyable than FIFA11's. IMO.

    Homefront is probably that high with people waiting to get into a game.But instead getting,beacon errors,disconnects, and failed to connect to server messages.I have a feeling alot of people are taking advantage of trading in Homefront for Crysis 2 for 4.99
    today.

    Good old Bad company 2 holding its own at 9.

    @Vyggo

    GTAIV does indeed have an online mode, but Fallout New Vegas doesn't, so you can see its gotta be for play time whilst logged in.

    In which case, why is GTAIV all the way up there?

    Stats like this are interesting though. 6 FPS in the top 10, CoD4 included, making it 3 CoDs in top 10 with another in 11th! No wonder they'll never stop! Impressive to see so many still playing Halo 3 and especially Gears of War 2 so much recently:

    6 of the top 10 games are FPS's and 3 of those are COD games.

    10 out of the 20 are FPS games. They will most likely be joined by an 11th in Crysis 2. The remaining few are games with a dying community ala Forza 3, Brotherhood or single player games. I present to you the problem with modern gaming right there.

    I never said I bought the fable 3 dlc, I didn't.

    Fable 3 was a huge disappointment for me, the series keeps going down hill.

    I'm glad that Reach still has a wonderful community. That'll take the "Halo is irrelevant these days" crowd down a peg

    Good that Beyond good and evil is doing well!!

    It's not a list based on play time, it's based on unique users that week :)

    :(

    I is billy no-mates again then...
  • SteveHolt #16 1 year ago

    @sfp_noodle: I disagree. IMO, problem here is that ALL those retail games (but Homefront) are sequels.
  • CaptainQuint #17 1 year ago

    Crysis 2 is gonna cause an upset in the top 3 because it's bloody brilliant online.
  • Graveland #18 1 year ago

    It's good to see that GTA IV is still regularly being played online. For me, it's been one of the most enjoyable multiplayer games of this Gen. The 'Free Mode' is brilliant fun - nothing better than whizzing around Liberty City in a Sports Car with a trail of police cars in hot pursuit of you whilst you try to shoot out the tyres of a car being driven by a random player. Top stuff.

    I quite liked homefront but the server problems have pissed me off i think its fixed now but im trading it in along with a load of other games to get a ps3 in a minute. CEX truely are insane with their trade in prices and luckily gamestation price match them.

    So it's dead since GTA5 is dead as well and that's only 1 spot lower.
    Gotta love consolekids who all flock to the same 3 games.
  • Jonny5Alive7 #21 1 year ago

    FPS games lend themselves very well to multiplayer so its no wonder there is quite a few of them in there. I'm quite happy to sweet GTAIV still going strong, the multiplayer elements are underrated in my opinion.
