World of Goo dated for iPad
Not long to wait for indie classic.
World of Goo will be available on the iPad from 16th December, developer 2D Boy has announced.
The iOS port of the brilliant 2009 physics-based puzzler will be iPad only for now, but last month the two man studio suggested there was a chance it might be heading to the iPhone and iPod Touch at some point.
"Maybe," explained 2D Boy. "There's a lot of iGoo to pour in, and we don't want to release something if it doesn't run absolutely buttery smooth."
Take a look at the clip below for a sneak preview and to hear 2D Boy's Ron Carmel wax lyrical over the iPad version's multi-touch functionality.
