WiiWare game Cave Story gets UK date
Platforming fun arrives next month.
A WiiWare remake of stunning platformer Cave Story will be released in the UK on 10th December.
Creator Nicalis made the announcement on Twitter. "FINALLY! Cave Story to be released in Europe on December 10 for 1000 points," it gushed.
Cave Story was released for the US arm of Nintendo's download service in March. Eurogamer's import Cave Story review returned a verdict of 9/10. "If this game had been released on the NES 20 years ago, it would be recalled by a generation of players as a high point of the 8-bit era," wrote John Teti.
Cave Story, inspired by Metroid and Castlevania, is a platformer created by Daisuke Amaya for PC six years ago. Studio Nicalis worked with Amaya, otherwise known as Pixel, to port it to WiiWare.

Bleedin' Euro-philes! Go back to your own webpages!
I'll have to boot my Wii up, see if there's any points left in my account. Mind you, haven't turned it on since I got my PS3 about 6 months back; I had been waiting for this, but had assumed it had been released whilst I've not been paying attention.

Just need to buy some Sunglasses (maybe Oakey,or perhaps some A r m a i n i ones) and it'd be the best Christmas ever. I'd be willing to go up to around $15, Anyone know where I can get some from?
