SingStar site lets you browse catalogue

Sony has relaunched the SingStar website with all sorts of new features that let you browse the series' back catalogue of songs and view performances from other players.

The new website's catalogue section lets you rifle through over 1500 songs that are available to SingStar fans through the numerous disc versions and on the SingStore. You can also preview them and see the best performances from other players.

Those performances are ones you can upload from within the game, either as videos or still shots, and if you're not bothered about the songs you can just browse those until you're merry in the face.

If you're particularly bored (nice work if you can find it at 9am on a Thursday), there's a shuffle function to preview random songs from the far reaches of the game's enormous catalogue.

    Nice update though! Site looks good. Hopefully they can keep up with all the video streaming requests eventually. ;)

    Surprise surprise no functionality if what singstar needs and which ive written to Sony numerous times about. To SORT THE STORE BY DATE ADDED. Just the last update is not enough. If you havnt checked the store for weeks you have no idea of what came on the previous few updates without forcing us to manually go through every artist and track which is boring, frustrating and needless.
