EA botches Dragon Age Ultimate Edition
Forgot to include Return to Ostagar DLC.
European copies of Dragon Age: Ultimate Edition for the PlayStation 3 were shipped with the wrong content, developer BioWare has admitted.
Although the Return to Ostagar DLC is listed in menus, when you try to boot it up you'll be treated to other content instead. That's not quite what we'd describe as 'Ultimate'.
Worry not - publisher EA has got its customer support team on the job. If you're one of those affected drop them a line and they'll be able to manually add the Ostagar campaign to your EA account.
Dragon Age: Ultimate Edition launched last month, packaging together all seven DLC packs with the original Dragon Age: Origins. Just the thing to get you pumped for the forthcoming sequel.

The exact thing I was saying to people regarding Fallout:NV being a complete mess.
Companies are just taking the piss.

Only to suffer the crushing disappointment of finding out that the ultimate package wasn't ultimate after all and the early birds did get the juicy bits after all!!

But in all seriousness, this isn't some random bug somewhere deep in the sprawling game. How on earth did this slip through!? They didn't even check the menu screen? God knows what other problems there could be, in either version, waiting to be discovered.

Yeah, that's great. Getting all the content on disc was a/the purpose here. Partially back to DLC - plus the requirement for an EA account - now. Worry not, uh-huh.
P.S.:
"The exact thing I was saying to people regarding Fallout:NV being a complete mess.

Of course companies will do that. People don't really seem to care. They happily run through bugfest no 1 (FA 3) and keep on running through the - even worse - Vegas. Well, they simply love DLC -- and apparently consider patches to be free DLC. No wonder they're cheering. By the way, bravo Fable II and III.
