Mafia 2's Joe's Adventures dated, priced

Get your gangster on in November.

Mafia 2's third DLC add-on, Joe's Adventures, will be released on 23rd November.

It'll cost 800 MS Points from Xbox Live and $9.99 from the PlayStation Network and from the internet for PC.

Joe's Adventures is the third DLC expansion for 2K Games' gangster game.

You play Joe Barbaro, Vito Scaletta's best friend, and discover the odd dodgy secret and shocking goings on. New areas of Empire Bay will be available for you to gangsterise, too.

Eurogamer awarded Mafia 2 4/10 in August.

It's only the third DLC expansion if you're a PS3 owner though... ;o)

are you kidding eurogamers review was spot on, poor game period
even worse on ps3 and 360, poor coding for a dated engine
    4/10 sounds about right

I thought Mafia II was 7/10 good myself, fun but flawed, and definitely not a 4/10 game unless you consider the short length to be a reason to make the game down?

Personally, it does feel like parts of the game were intentionally held back to sell later as DLC and £7 for this new chapter seems a bit pricey. Glad I bought this for the PC really as the lower price point means that even with the DLC it still works out cheaper than the standard game cost for the consoles.

Why is Eurogamer telling us the price for it in dollars? That's not a very european currency is it?

At this rate i am just going to wait for the GOTY edition :( too much DLC

£22 new in ASDA if any has been waiting. After hearing how much is missing due to DLC I think I'll wait a bit more.

If this game had a "Hail a cab" DLC it'd be 9/10 right there!

It's a 7/10 game, but no more as the lack of anything to do except follow the story was a bit of a shame but the story was decent enough and I like the 1940-50's era. Also, the CE edition is a quality package. It's just a shame the PS3 version lacks a few of the niceties the other versions have, let's be honest, it's not a game that should be taxing the console that much.
