Stop lying Peter, you keep saying Fable III will come out, but we all know that just means it won't because you lie and it'll be a Wii exclusive now you liar.

An impressive amount of detail in those screens. The glowing swords look nice. But im confused isnt Fable III set in an indsutrial revolution? Shouldnt there be firearms and things?

I wonder how much longer than a year we have to wait for his apology about how he let down people with Fable 3, but his next project will cure cancer.

Fable II gameplay - go and do mission, kill everything, go to nex area and do the same!!!....All side quest where mainly useless mini repetitive games, that never really changed anything. No puzzels, no sense of adventure, just go one area to the next and repeat the killing. Dog did nothing more then find treasure. All missions are the same - go A to B, kill enemy, go to next area and repeat... Fable II you have nothing to really figure out!..your upgrade skills that never really change character skill other then more powerful weapons/attacks/magic attacks. You never needed skills to open new area, go to areas unable to reach before, fight tougher baddies to pass areas, able to use new skills to access new missions or areas, or solve puzzles.. etc etc...everything that makes an rpg/adventure is missing!

All that effected your character was very minor with no real threat of anything - what was the point if nothing major was gaind on lost. I did enjoy Fable II at first and did all/most side missions - but found very few where actually worth doing, and the main mission was just go to new mini area and kill everyone (would have been nice to use a more stealth, sneaky, strategy skills and method of thought; rather then using mostly the same method all the time) and report back!!...The game is buillt around a few areas of gamplay. For an adventure/rpg..this is not good.

Fallout 3, Demon's Souls, Zelda, Metroid, Oblivion, Okami, Ico, Shadow Of Colloses , Castlevania (the new one is bringing back the adventure), early Tomb Raisers - all surpass Fable in many areas with adventure/puzzles/rpg. Hope Fable III has more thought into how not to make games with repeated missions and make a better adventure, rather then a set of mini areas that always need to be loaded.

They look okay until you view them in full resolution then they look horrible.
I think it will look better then this, because at full resolution this is a joke.
The characters have so many jagged edges they look like they stepped out of an early PS2 game.

But even the thumbnail pictures don't look anything to be excited about..
The world seems empty and lifeless, no detail and clutter at all.
I was excited after seeing the promo chicken video and some screens because the art really is great.
    Excitement is gone now.

    Edit.
How is it possible other people are thinking exactly the opposite and claim it looks great??
