20 full-price games join PSP PSN line-up

Plus Brutal Legend, Shift demos for PS3.

Sony has added 20 more downloadable PSP games to the shelves of the PlayStation Store this week, including all this Friday's major releases.

Headliners include Gran Turismo, FIFA 10, MotorStorm Arctic Edge and Soul Calibur: Broken Destiny, and there are many more listed and priced below.

As we reported yesterday, PSN also groans under the weight of 13 of the first PSP Minis, and now we get to see their individual price-tags, which range from £2.49 to £3.99 as promised.

Elsewhere on PSN, PS3 owners get demos of Brutal Legend, Need for Speed: Shift and others, while last week's Broken Steel pack of Fallout 3 DLC is joined by Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt.

There are special offers, too. Blast Factor and Ape Quest PSP are reduced to £3.99/€4.99, while PSone titles The Little Mermaid II (£2.39/€2.99) and Hercules (3.19/€3.99) also both see reductions.

With all this content coming each week they really need to make the PSN store easier to browse through! Still its good to see so much content for all of the different items. Just a shame they gave up on stuff like movie trailers etc... but i can see why, but they probably should just remove that content.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Brόtal Legend demo. Fighting system could have been a tad more responsive but the attacks felt nice and heavy (no pun intended), plus - Jack Black and kick ass metal sountrack = sold!

Don't bother with the Clone Wars demo, though. Total crap.

Compared to the US update, the one we got was pretty dismal. A handful of full games? Really? Thats the best you can do for the launch of a new console that can't even play any of the older games released?

Shame on you, Sony.I expected more.

brellain.. if I could -100 you I would.

@Berelain: go make a cup of tea and calm down. Yes, we'd all like equality in the updates, but moaning on EG isn't going to change it.

    Three good demos:
    # Brόtal Legend
    Yay!

    # Need for Speed: Shift
    Might give that a go.

    # Star Wars The Clone Wars: Republic Heroes
My housemate will be downloading that I'm sure.

Personally I'm loving the Uncharted 2 Multiplayer Beta. I can't wait for the full thing!

Try comparing the prices of the UK minis to the US prices, I think we're the ones who got the better deal to be honest!

Pricing is getting better on the PSN. Glad to see Motorstorm and GT priced right, Sony have the right idea *cough* EA *cough*. Shame the store is out for me (still need to upgrade my CF).

Anyone know if the UMDs of GT work on CF yet? I think official is 6. something now and CF is currently at 5.something?

I have to admit though with the GTAs finally on PSN I'm actually tempted to going back official. If only if could overcome the emulator problem.....

    @Doctor_What

Im with you on the Drakes Beta MP. I didnt like the Death match as I got killed a lot :-) , but the co-op modes were really good fun. More so than I was expecting.

"Glad to see Motorstorm and GT priced right"

Pardon? £22 for a digital download of a game I can buy a physical copy of - with disc, box, manual and resale value - from Amazon for £18?

Maybe I need to play the Uncharted 2 MP demo in co-op because playing Deathmatch and objectives pretty much turned me off on the MP for Uncharted 2.
