Telltale has new episodic series for E3

Graphs going up with 1 million sales so far.

Telltale Inc. plans to unveil a new adventure series at E3, following the million-episode-selling success of Sam & Max, Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People and Wallace and Gromit.

There's no word on what the series will be, nor what platforms we'll see it on - Telltale has developed for WiiWare, Xbox Live Arcade and PC.

The announcement comes as Telltale turns five years-old, and proves that prompt episodic content is both possible and successful. Telltale has produced 20 games since spring 2005.

"It used to be we only made two or three games a decade. At Telltale, we release a new game every month, which fosters greater creativity with the teams, and the customers get to enjoy more content on a regular basis," said Kevin Bruner, co-founder of Telltale.

As a celebration Sam & Max Season One and Two, and the entire season of Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People will be half-price on Steam until Monday, 18th May.
